DO NOT BUY FROM SWEATY BETTY! Apparently two tops when worn for the first time by an inactive 67 year old developing holes is ‘wear and tear’ and not that they’re faulty??? DISGUSTING!

Wonderful customer services! Over the many years i have indulged in Sweaty Betty I have found the customer care team so so helpful, emails are responded to very quickly and problems resolved without issue every time. It’s very rare that customer service matched the quality of the actually products (which are outstanding!)All hail to the Sweaty Betty team, especially May who has been super helpful today!

I had difficulty applying a promotional discount and Carys and Jayne helped me sort it out. I’m delighted with my new sweatshirt and remain a very happy SB customer.

I was helped my Mabs in the online chat and they were extremely helpful and sorted my query quickly. They offered to stay on the chat until I had checked out to make sure their advice had worked. Great service as always Sweaty Betty!

I feel very frustrated that I bought two pairs of leggings after Christmas,one pair I immediately sent back as thought would be too big..the sizing is large to what you would normally be...(since then lots of people have said purchase a size down to what you think you are)and was refunded not to quickly...the second pair became baggy after one wash and then the waste string came off in my hands..I have contacted them several times sent the item back provided them with proof of postage in the beginning of Jan and still this has not been resolved! They are very on it in bombarding me with hundreds of promo emails but I would rather have the leggings refunded or a small pair sent which was also requested....very disappointed in this companies customer care regardless of COVID!

Brilliant service. Just emailed to check if my return had been received although I only posted 6 days ago. I sent through a proof of postage and although they had not actually received it they could see I had posted it and have processed my refund. Excellent customer service by Nazish.

I have recently ordered two products from Sweaty Betty and I am very pleased indeed with them. They fit true to size and wash well. I had excellent Customer Service from Mahbub and Meg.

I returned an item at the beginning of December 2020 and am still awaiting a refund. I have contacted Sweaty Betty 3 times and have only received a holding response. It is not possible to call to speak to anyone and I am beginning to think that I will not get my money back.

Ordered thermodynamic running set (xxs pants/xs top) for my daughter (for varsity track) figuring she would wear something under the top. It is lined with a soft plush lining and needs nothing underneath, so it was too big. Emailed customer service because I needed a return shipping label. Donique was super helpful, offered to helped with the exchange and refund, and immediately emailed the return label to me making this a very simple process. Great quality. Great customer service. Quick shipping. This was my first Sweaty Betty purchase. I will definitely order again.

I have ordered from Sweaty Betty before and had order delivered to home with no issues. I did click and collect this time and had a few issues with getting notified when the parcel arrived and then difficulties with Waitrose finding the order. But all sorted in time to make my daughter very happy with more quality Sweaty Betty goods!
